Effective 01/01/2009 SHIPPING POLICY Your order will be shipped via email within 3 working days after payment has been confirmed. REFUND  POLICY  and  INQUIRY PRIVILEGES Selantek sells data. Once you have obtained access to this data you can not return it. Accuracy of the data is insured by 18 years of collecting, analyzing and distributing data. However, it is always feasible that an error may be introduced or that a particular publication may be late. To cover such eventualities, Selantek offers a 90 day INQUIRY PRIVILEGE. This means that you may ask questions or solicit additional information about the contents of the report and/or database you purchased. You may not obtain information relating to the contents of a database that is different from the one(s) purchased by you. When you present a request Selantek will let you know within one business day if the question is included as part of the INQUIRY PRIVILEGES and if it is, when an answer will be provided. You are allowed one inquiry for every 45 days or two inquiries during your 90 day free INQUIRY PRIVILEGES. Your Inquiry Privileges commence when the database and/or report is sent to you usually by email. Selantek will not provide data that infringes the legal rights of other users or companies. Selantek will not provide any confidential information such as company sales or company customers.
